Last night I had the opportunity to shoot photos of Talib Kweli at The Radio Silence Tour in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the Blind Pig! The show was packed front-to-back with a sold-out crowd featuring old-heads and new-comers to the scene! It was a dope to see everyone come out to see the legendary Kweli. Kweli commanded the stage with the energy and confidence of a true emcee. Showcasing his shear talent as an artist, he ran the gambit of his music with the classics and songs from the new album "Radio Silence!" Kweli asked the audience if they wanted to to hear the his new tracks and the audience was more than ready to see them live! He performed his new music as if he had performed it his entire career. Hip-hop was in full-effect this evening in Ann Arbor and if you were anywhere near the venue you could feel it and hear it.
